The #Fax Service
What the product does and how access is provided.
#Fax is a document faxing service that may include free and paid features, assigned fax numbers, document transmission, customer support, and related website functionality.
- You may use the service only in compliance with these terms and applicable law.
- You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of information you provide to us and for using the service only for lawful, authorized purposes.
- We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time, including features, limits, pricing, or technical requirements.
- Access may depend on device compatibility, internet connectivity, third-party platform availability, and the operational status of telecommunications providers.
Accounts and Access
Your responsibility for the account or identity used with #Fax.
You are responsible for activity that occurs through the account, sign-in method, guest identity, or assigned fax number associated with your use of #Fax.
- Keep access to your device, sign-in methods, and related credentials secure.
- Do not share access in a way that would allow unauthorized use of the service.
- If you believe your account or assigned fax number has been accessed without
authorization, contact
support@currentblack.com.

Billing and Subscriptions
How paid access, renewals, and cancellation work.
Some #Fax features may require payment, subscription, or the purchase of additional usage. Pricing and feature availability may change.
Store-Billed Purchases
- If you subscribe through Apple or another platform store, that platform may handle billing, renewals, cancellation, and refunds under its own rules.
- You are responsible for reviewing the applicable store terms before completing a purchase.
Renewals and Cancellation
- Recurring subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled in time through the platform where they were purchased.
- Deleting your #Fax account does not automatically cancel a store-billed subscription.

If you need billing stopped for a store purchase, cancel it separately in the store where
you subscribed.
Acceptable Use
Uses we prohibit to protect the service, recipients, and other users.
You may not use #Fax in a way that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful to us, other users, or third parties.
- Do not use the service to transmit illegal content, fraudulent communications, spam, harassment, malware, or content that infringes the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or bypass security or technical limits of the service.
- Do not use assigned fax numbers or routing capacity in a way that violates telecom, privacy, or anti-abuse rules.
- Do not misrepresent your identity, authorization, or the origin of a fax or document.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these terms, creates risk, or exposes us or others to liability.
Documents, Content, and Availability
Ownership of your fax content and limits on service availability.
You retain responsibility for the documents, fax content, recipient details, and other materials you submit through #Fax. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to send them.
- You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, route, transmit, store, and support that content as part of operating the service.
- Delivery success can depend on carrier availability, recipient fax systems, network conditions, file quality, content format, and other factors outside our control.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, error-free transmission, or successful delivery in every case.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of the service itself and limits on reuse.
#Fax, the website, branding, software, visual assets, service design, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of CurrentBlack LLC or its licensors.
- We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service except as permitted by law.
Disclaimers and Liability
The practical limits of our responsibility.
#Fax is provided on an as is and as available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, secure, timely, or error-free.
- To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and Changes
How service access can end and how these terms may be updated.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we need to protect the service, comply with law, investigate abuse, or respond to nonpayment or other violations of these terms.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Continued use of #Fax after the update becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.
